Double, double, toil and trouble - this black IPA is the best of local. Brewed with friends from the 'Wiches Cauldron, and using fresh hops from Arklow farm in Perth, and our backyard, this dark, malty IPA is our take on a hauntingly good harvest ale. 106 IBUs... trick or treat?!?
Like its namesake, the session IPA is not what it appears to be. At first glance, you’ll be drawn by its scent – a pleasant hop flavour and aroma, mimicking that of a big, bold IPA. On closer inspection, you’ll find that the hops provide approachable bitterness. It has a refreshing, low alcohol content while maintaining a certain calculated ruggedness. This urban woodsman is a very palatable, easy drinking summer beer.
The smokiness of the robust porter brings back vivid memories of visits to the family's sugar shack in Quebec. The sweet silkiness of maple syrup, from our family's farm in St. Marcel, is the perfect complement to the savoriness of the wood-smoked malts. This early spring seasonal is the perfect was to balance winter's darkness with spring's light
This sweet stout is full-bodied with hints of chocolate and coffee from the dark roasted malts . We don’t stop there - we double up on those flavours by adding chocolate and coffee to it once it’s done fermenting. This is one big beer!
More like an "Imperial" Brown than a true American Brown ale. This beer is loaded with a great mix of chocolate and nutty malt flavour. To stand up to that big malt bill, we added piney, minty and citrus American hops that will not disappoint!
This American Pale Ale is loaded with hop flavour and aroma from lots of late additions and dry-hopping. While the citrus and floral flavours and aromas dominate, the toasty flavours of the malt are strong enough to support them. Not for the faint of heart!
This is not your typical all-American blonde ale. An easy-drinking, malt-oriented beer with mild citrus and floral hop flavour and aroma from American hops. A bready, toasty malt flavour and slight fruitiness from the English yeast dirty up this blonde. Enjoy!
This American Amber ale is full bodied, with rich caramel flavours. The American hop character is toned down by a strong malt backbone, and smooth caramel richness. A real crowd pleaser!
